Ridley's Book Bindery continues to do business today as it did when it was founded in 1931, with a commitment to quality and reasonable costs. When library binding budgets were reduced, Ridley’s responded with new product innovations, enabling libraries to maintain a greater amount of binding at reduced expense.
Ridley’s Book Bindery continues to use only the finest quality materials during the binding process. All of our materials meet or exceed the standards of the new ANSI/NISO/LBI Standards for Library Binding. Every effort is made to provide the finest quality workmanship available.
Warranty
We warrant that the binding represented by our company as conforming to the ANSI/NISO/LBI Standard for Library Binding complies with all requirements of the edition of the Standard that is current at the time of the binding. This statement is made pursuant to the Technical Specifications and Materials Specifications of the ANSI/NISO/LBI Standard for Library Binding and applicable federal and state laws relative to representations by a seller to a purchaser regarding the quality of a product and its adherence to a standard.
Ridley’s Book Bindery guarantees workmanship for three (3) years on periodical and monographs for Classes AA, Standard and Advantage binds. Ridley’s Book Bindery guarantees workmanship for one (1) year on bindings for Quarterbind, Paperbacks and Clearbind. If other corrections are needed due to our error we will make it right at no charge to the library or individual.
