Ridley’s Book Bindery has led the way in the development of NetBinder™, the world’s first Internet Library Binding Preparation system. Accessed through the Internet via password security, our academic clients prepare their bindery shipments directly on our mainframe computer in Ithaca, NY, eliminating the need to fill out and ship paper-binding tickets. This major breakthrough allows a product that is flexible, easy to use, and a real time saver for our clients.
Libraries that use Ridley’s Book Bindery NetBinder™ are able to review in detail past orders, track progress of current orders, and place new orders right from their desktops and at their convenience. Using NetBinder™, academic clients can search the history of all titles, including periodicals, books and thesis, by first order, frequency, class, color, and invoice date. NetBinder™ also enables you to search titles in alpha order, link with ILS systems, and view titles at bindery through packing list. And each client’s information is password protected, so that only you and our company personnel can access your data. With NetBinder™ clients are in control with more information at their fingertips.
